FRISCO, Texas - Shieldworkz, an end-to-end industrial operational technology (OT) cybersecurity solutions and services provider, today announced the appointment of Dinesh Ramasvamy as President - Americas. In this role, Dinesh will lead the company’s Americas business, including regional growth strategy, revenue and pipeline development, go-to-market execution, sales, strategic accounts, partnerships, and organizational development. 

Dinesh will oversee business operations and regional commercial strategy across North America and the wider Americas region, reporting directly to Kiran Zachariah, Founder & CEO of Shieldworkz. Based out of the Shieldworkz office in Frisco, Texas, he will build and lead the company’s Americas operating model and ecosystem across enterprise customers, global systems integrators (SIs), managed security service providers (MSSPs), technology partners, and channel partners, with a strong focus on OT/ICS cybersecurity and critical infrastructure. 

In his role, Dinesh will also drive market expansion and competitive positioning, engage with C-suite executives and senior security leaders, and develop strategic customer and partner relationships. He will provide regional leadership across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations, translating market opportunities into execution priorities and accelerating Shieldworkz’s growth and market leadership across the Americas. 

Dinesh brings nearly three decades of executive leadership experience spanning industrial technology, cybersecurity, enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and operational risk consulting. Throughout his career across four continents and more than 40 countries, he has managed regional business units, led enterprise transformation programs, and guided large-scale digital initiatives. 

His professional background also includes senior leadership tenures at global enterprises such as Ericsson, Verizon, Wipro, and Vodafone, with extensive experience spanning enterprise risk management, smart manufacturing, critical infrastructure resilience, digital transformation, and technology-led business growth. Prior to joining Shieldworkz, Dinesh served as Principal & AI Solutions Leader - Americas at ISG (Information Services Group), where he spearheaded a comprehensive catalogue of vertical AI solutions designed to enhance client ROI from AI initiatives.

The appointment aligns with the ongoing expansion of the Shieldworkz footprint in the United States and strengthens the company’s ability to provide localized leadership and direct engagement across the Americas. Dinesh will work closely with industrial operators, critical infrastructure organizations, enterprise security teams, SIs, MSSPs, technology providers, and channel partners across key sectors including energy, manufacturing, utilities, transportation, and supply chain. 

With Dinesh leading the Americas business, Shieldworkz is strengthening its regional operating model to expand market presence, deepen strategic partnerships, and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity capabilities for organizations navigating the growing convergence of IT, OT, and cyber-physical systems.
