Role Description
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to industrial cybersecurity buyers.
Driving lead generation and building lasting relationships with clients in sectors like energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, and transportation.
Developing powerful messaging and content, blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, sales collateral, email campaigns, that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
Managing Shieldworkz’s online presence and digital campaigns, optimizing for SEO and visibility in the OT/ICS space.
Coordinating with our technical teams to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
Representing Shieldworkz at key industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s not just great at sales and marketing but lives and breathes technology and trust. Someone who understands what’s at stake when a power grid gets attacked or when legacy PLCs are left exposed.
Ideal Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or technical marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, OT/ICS, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure.
Understanding of ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.), industrial network architecture, and cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a talent for transforming complex ideas into concise, engaging messaging.
Proven ability to build pipeline, manage campaigns, and hit KPIs.
Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Google Ads, etc.)
Self-driven, adaptable, and excited about contributing to a fast-moving cybersecurity company.
